Ms. A., but also the entire team, show a willingness to help and friendliness that I have never experienced in accommodations. Every request for an extra sausage (different blanket, extra fridge, later departure ...., despite the lower amount, I was accommodated in an even better room for the sake of niceness.) Was completely answered with loving care. Not only did I feel at home, I felt like "family friends". I know it sounds cheesy, but I honestly love the family. It's this kind of people who demand room service and a personal butler in this price category ... "I made it big and nobody helps me ..." Of course they try to help in all situations. Or like this: Are all tables occupied ... is not accepted ... "Be served without an appointment and it takes longer ... unacceptable". Also like: "Have a table with you? It doesn't work ... what a capitalist ..." All employees are already running around with masks (respect). Best of all, it is served on the sidewalk, but the staff in NBC protective suits ... So, to the hotel: Rooms are clean, modern and nicely furnished. Oh, how often have you seen a Dyson hand dryer in the restaurant toilet? Homework for home ... Thanks and I definitely recommend. The food for our wedding was perfect and the advice in advance was very competent. All of our wishes and spontaneous changes were implemented immediately. Even a week after the wedding we get praise for the food and the staff. Again any time!

We used the catering of the Wendezeller Stuben for our wedding in the festival (about 100 people). It tasted really good, the menu was very varied and more than enough food was delivered. Vegetarian wishes and alternatives were also considered and were delicious (and extra wishes were implemented without problems). The feedback from the guests were consistently positive. A very nice and courteous service! Definitely recommendable!

Surprisingly good. Food here is generally well made, and the staff are very nice. This is solid German food, so be prepared for big portions and thick schnitzels and steaks. Pfifferling suppe is highly recommended!
